What’s The Difference?

Good chocolate should have a good sweet flavor, but not overpowering. You should be
able to eat a piece and be able to have another piece without having a drink of something
to wash out the extra sweetness. A good piece of chocolate shouldn’t require a lot of force
to bite through. You should be able to just nibble a small piece off without needing to get
a new set of teeth.

Cheap chocolates are hard and bitter at times. They just don't taste as good as they should.
Sometimes if you’re trying to eat it you just can’t stomach more then one piece at a
time. Cheap chocolate also is produced in mass quantities that spread its quality over
a large amount of chocolate.
